DESIGN
Free advice and full design support is offered to ensure your part is optimised for injection moulding. Moldex 3D is also available.
INJECTION MOULDING
From moulding parts weighing just a few grams up to large mouldings of 45kg in weight or 1.5m in size , we have over 30 modern machines to meet your needs from 50T to 1700T
TOOLING
Our in-house toolroom offers you cost effective mould making. Established partnerships with UK and overseas toolmakers offers you maximum flexibility.
PROTOTYPING
Rapid prototypes that are 3D printed in super strong Nylon 12 reinforced with carbon fibre perform just as end-use parts would. Takes the guesswork out of product development.
ELECTROFUSION
The electrofusion method of joining plastics has a common idea but we have patented a different approach to manufacturing the electrofusion component.
OTHER SERVICES
Machining, assembly, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, gluing and more. We add the extras so you don’t have to.
